Once you learn to WEAVE, you can make gorgeous scarves too. There's always a waiting list for my scarves and I never have enough time to keep up with demand ! (My hand made woven scarves sell for $150-$200 each.)

At the Ranch in Burleson, Texas....Just South of Fort Worth. Typically ALL day from 9:30 am until you DROP ! (Maybe 4-ish +) It's $55 per person (adult and youth) with ALL tools and supplies provided. 817-297-9292 You will go home with a completed project as well as a LOOM you can reuse to create over and over.
This is a RARE class as most do not include YOUTH, but a special arrangement has been made with our insurance provider for this ONE time.
Any adult female can accompany a female youth (or more than one). Minimum age is 12 years as younger often doesn't have the attention span to complete a project as it is several hours.
Class fills quickly and will close as soon as full.... And they FILL FAST !
Hands on, working with wool from our own sheep at the ranch. (Meet our various breeds of sheep). Tools and our sheep's wool and fibers from Yaks and Camels are provided. You will create items you will take home with you and learn to make more. Class size is VERY LIMITED so lots of hands on. You will learn what kinds of wool to use, what other items weave nicely for TEXTURE, where to buy future supplies you will love to work with. And, I will be here to help you down the road with questions too.
Several people have gone on to create items that they have SOLD and suddenly have found themselves a side gig ! How fun !
